Winemaking | Our sauvignon blanc grapes from our organically certified vineyards are harvested during the cool morning air. This fresh crispness was directly pressed, fermented and then bottled in May 2022 to capture the zesty, cool climate stylings of this high altitude sauvignon blanc.

Colour | Translucent yellow.

Aroma | Lemon blossom, lime, green pea and a hint of passionfruit.

Palate | Grapefruit pith provides a persistence of flavour. Crisp citrus driven acidity creates length and balance.
